Jan Carroll, LCMHC, LCAS
"Talking to a professional counselor can bring insight into issues individuals have been holding onto throughout their lives, issues and negative beliefs which can negatively impact a person's life for many years. Hidden thoughts and beliefs can come into the open when someone feels safe and nurtured in a therapeutic environment. It is my deepest desire to provide just such an environment for my clients."
Jan Carroll received an MA in Clinical Medical Health Counseling from Montreat College and a BS in Human Services from Gardner Webb University. Intervention methods in which she is trained include EMDR, PBT, CBT, Solutions-Focused, Narrative, and Motivational Interviewing.
